And so many different kinds of peppers that the flavor is bold and delicious.
The water baths are time consuming but it is all part of the process... good things take time.
When it is all done it is such a feeling of accomplishment. To taste test we ate burritos with a generous scoop of fresh salsa. I must say this has a nice kick. Come by for a taste.

Well I tested your salsa by eating half of the jar with a spoon!!! I am hooked on your salsa.. Seriously, this may be a problem....or not if I can keep up my supply!! :)
