Sweet Passing

It is hard to put into words the culmination of a friendship and relationship we have shared with Helen. I went to visit her today and she was laboring with her breathing. Still I said "Hi Helen" and I do believe she knew I was there. After freshening her up and getting her settled in a more comfy position (by her caregivers) it was soon after realized that it was time. I was able to be by her side to tell her I love her and stroke her hand. She slipped peacefully into God's hands. It was such a God given privilege to be present and I know that He gave me the chance to speak the things of my heart to her. She passed at 5:22. Thank you dear friends for helping me carry this burden.
